Fraser-Lever is a multidiscipline engineering company working primarily in the resources sector. Our expert civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and mining engineering consultants provide certified, accurate, quality engineered project solutions along with the supply of mechanical equipment.

Our services include: design and specification only; design, specification and supervision; through to full Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM).  Projects include: scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, new projects, plant modifications and upgrades and plant relocation, special purpose machinery design, infrastructure and environmental designs.

The company consists of mechanical, structural, civil and electrical mining consultants who are leaders in their fields with proven track records for delivery. The services we offer include feasibility and design, through to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) solutions. We are focused on providing a comprehensive, high quality service and can cater for all stages of
projects from project conception through to
operations handover.

MATERIALS HANDLING

Fraser-Lever has extensive experience in the design of bulk material handling equipment and systems to help meet those challenges. We deliver customised, proven and optimised material handling design solutions for new and existing facilities including:

 

  • Ceramic lined paste pipes

  • Product bins and hoppers

  • Loading and isolation gates

  • Crushing stations

  • Belt feeders and conveyor design

  • Fixed and slewing stackers

  • Individual conveyors and conveyor systems

  • Telescopic chutes; fixed chutes and diverter chutes. Chutes can be modelled with DEM software as required

  • Tripper Conveyors

We pride ourselves as being one of the most practical mining engineering companies in Australia. All of the designs we develop and certify are completed to Australian standards. Where required certification to international standards (ISO, IEPNG) is also possible.

Fraser-Lever is headquartered in Queensland but has a presence across Australia and PNG. Our specialist engineers and mining industry consultants are networked across the country and can provide resources on the ground wherever you require them. In partnership with our experienced mining consultants in Perth and Mackay, our team has the capability to tackle any project. Our multi-disciplinary engineering team are certified mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, geotechnical and resources/mining consultants. We have two office locations, our head office is in Brisbane and our second office is in Townsville, North Queensland.
